Bah.. Spot hasn't made a topic on this feat that took 12 hours out of me. Well.. We have finally taken back Kolshushu region in the name of Windurst! The last time we had Kolshushu was the last week of July. A week before the gilseller invasion.
All I could say that it was a struggle to stay awake for most of us, except for myself (Two bottles of BAWLZ!) since we went from Faurengandi to Kolshushu. Anyways, I started at: 8:00 PM MST and ended at 8-ish AM MST. For everyone else, some stayed shortly but most of us stayed until we reached Major influence. Was it worth it? You bet it was! Many thanks to pretty much everyone to stay awake till my other E.F. LS showed up.

For any compatriots who have never done a supply quest to Kolshushu region, now is the week to do so!

A question about the EF. When EF participants happens to die in the mission, do they lose exp? Since the EF areas are often level-capped, are the exp lost related to their capped level or their real level?

It works the same as a BCNM, you only lose the exp you would for that level cap. So a Lv75 dying as a Lv30 in an EF would only lose the same exp as a Lv30 death.

Being one of those that went as long as I could (I lasted until 4:15am pacific, about 8.5 hours total) I am ecstatic we took Kolshushu but feel a bit like we won the battle but lost the war. Roukii, I have a couple other Windurstians willing to help out in the future, Tatanna (BLM50) and Tianna (PLD43, WAR30). Maybe we can eventually get enough to cover multiple areas.

Anyway, a sleepy congratulations to all ^^

I've never done any EFs, but I'm willing to help on one. Shoot me a tell in game sometime, mention this and I would be more than happy to chat.

I'm windurstian also.

That was amazing on Saturday night Roukii! I could only stay up 'til 2 A.M. due to an inconvenietly placed soccer practice the next morning (damn them!) but it was still awesome, can't wait 'til next week!

Oh, and what exactly do you do on a supply quest, and do you gain CP or boost your country's regional influence...

Until next time I log on to FFXI, Later
