Hey whats going on guys my reason for this is to say to all i thought i had quit for good and im back now but now im a 58drk and the day i ""quit:: i thought it was for good and gave all my items and weps to younger newer drk's to help them but now i have nothing but my af and no weps or nothing just naked please if you have any gil or items i may use please ide appreciate it lots if nit thanks for youre time and god bless ill see you guys around wave if ya se me oops sory my name is Synikal
Is it just me, and i really hope you don't fault me for this - but is gil request for one reason or another (legitimate or not), a new trend in Allakhazam server forums?
I did trade Hausefeld 15k very little amount but i felt a lot of littles generally equal to a lot. I trade him, he accepts transfer, and i didn't even get a thank you. I never really understood :S.

Ok to clear things up im not asking for gil at all i just said if anybody had equipment and gil is welcomed but icare more of equipment anything decent will do no plead for gil though but if its to much bother for old equipment then its ok no need to be mean bout stuff -synikal
No offense, I want to help you, but you have DRK AF, enough to get you back up on your feet, and your friends might still be around I hope, and willing to help you.
As for decent gear for a DRK your level, I dont hand it on a silver plate ><

Level another job until you can get back on your feet...sell fire crystals and etc you can get from lvling a job in Ghelsba.
In my opinion I thought this was the most genius scam I've came up with, though I'd never do it because I'm just cuddly and lovable (*^_^). Don't log on for 2 weeks, post on every board that you got hacked (people would feel bad for you more rather than quitting) and walk around Jeuno nude and talk to people you know. The conversation would go something like this "hey - hey - how are ya? - not bad and you? - man I just got my account hacked, everything but my Ex items are gone. All that hard work I've put into this game and it's all down the drain, I don't know what to do anymore nobody cares and nobody wants to help me" Bam, if that was said to someone like me they would've had gil right there to go with the money already being sent my your linkshell.

Sadly, that's about all you need to look for to see it. If someone was genuinely hacked, they likely wouldn't come onto a message board and beg strangers for their hard-earned gil. If you start up a casino immediately after posting that you were hacked, you're just destroying your reputation even further. This really is starting to become a disgusting trend. "My name is ____, and I was (hacked, quit without thinking, etc)! If you want to donate gil to me, please send now."
If you're hacked, don't announce to the world that you were an easy target. You don't get robbed and then put a banner on your house that your home is easy to break into.

I trust one person who had this problem. Why? I guess becuase we have lvled together for a long time and I have known him for awhile, if i know em and trust em were a linkshell mate, I make an exception. By all means.

You say you're a 58 drk? At that level, there's rarely any use for DD's what with the myriad available, so even IF folks gave you gil/equip, you'd be hard pressed to use it. You unfortunatly are better off starting a new job :/

i just dont understand shyfox post but i like drk and i usedto do sick dmg before with my equip i dont understand why nobody uses drk's no more :(
Shyfox's comments were quite unwarranted.
If you enjoy Dark Knights, by all means play them. They're still invited to parties at the same rough rate as before, and they're still very capable fighters.
Despite there being a usually ample surplus of DD's in the mid (well, beginning to end really) game, they still get party invites; if everyone stopped playing them (as his advice would seem to suggest), then the opposite problem would occur.
Either way, you're really close to Guillotine (and Circle Moon too?), so press on if you enjoy the class ^^

yeah dude im mad close my scyth and gsword skills are capped but i wont be parting no time soon gotta start farming and all dat good stuff for a decent wep and such it was wrongf or me to post and add for help on my items its nobody's responsability for my actions and its youre hard earned gil so sry for asking for hlep no biggi ill farm just like everybody else well its good 2 be back though it suked to be told drks arent needed at my lev lol i used to score many many many invites but thats bak den thing prob changed if worst comes to worst ill switch server to a not so paked dd server even though most the peeps i know are here :( lakshimi kinda is mean most peeps are such meanies lol u know so mad always and grumpy

Yeah, myriad means 'a whole lot'... read a book folks :p
Miaoo, my post was NOT unwaranted. There's a ton of DD jobs out there, and not enough people playing tanking and healing jobs to support them. The reason that there are so many of course is because you need more than 1 in a party to be effective, but the path of the DD is SO popular there is an imbalance of DD's to the tanks and healers needed to support them.
Well of course if you love DRK you should continue the job, but don't go crying when you end up waiting days for party invites, cause thats the way the game is right now.
All the DD's out there, am I that wrong? Cause all the DD's I know complain about seeking forever, especially my dragoon friends, but it'd be an aweful big coincidence if it was just my DD friends waiting forever for parties.
