My name is Andena, and I come most recently from the Hades server. Previous to that i was on the Asura server up until the migration. 1 year & 4 months in total.
I have a pretty good grasp on the game. I am helpfull and not into any begging, Gil buying, New Adventurer annoyance crap that people like to say. I am a WHM and my Hades "Andena" is still my profile in my sig.
Roukii (& others on Hades) was very nice and hooked me up with a ton of information to try to run my own EF's on the Hades server, but was met with much lazyness on much of the servers population. I am basing this on my total time on Hades and the lack of interest to do anything, but EXP, EXP, EXP got me kinda depressed and with 90% of my close LS quitting was almost ready to do so myself. Roukii also hooked my Roomate (Delionette) & I up with a world pass to come here which in a general perception seems alot more involved as a whole.
I am looking for a Linkshell that will welcome a Currently Lv. 6 Red Mage Rank 1 Windurstian. I am well aware of those linkshells that judge a player by Level and or Rank. SOmething i don't agree on, but most have legit reasons. So if anyone is willing to welcome me into thier linkshell please send me a /tell. "Andena"
I might not be on at all until this weekend where i plan on getting through my Chocobo quest and some others things. Gonna be a long weekend and would like to have some good company to talk to :)

Heya! Let me be the first post to welcome you to Lakshmi!
We have a good LS of about 35 people that emphasizes friendliness and good fun > all. We also have a pretty good mix as far as ages/interests. We have a lot of young school age players and also several players who are older, married, have kids etc. We even have several couples who play together. Broad range in levels as well, from a lvl 61 static group to folks who just got their support jobs unlocked. Positive attitudes are a must, as is a willingness to assist others in AND out of the LS. We are social, but we are also pretty serious about playing the game well. We like to craft (as you can see from my sig) quest, BCNM, Rank Missions, farm together and do LS events on occasion as well, so it's not just all EXP. Most of all, we are there for each other as much as possible when people need things.
You would be most welcome to give us a try so we can see if the fit is there. If Roukii invited you, you must be good people ^.^ If you would like a pearl, send me a /tell in game.

Andi beat me to the punch, so I won't try to sway you away to a different linkshell. I don't know Andi in game, only on here, but all Andi's posts are intelligent/helpful/amusing, so I would also say you are in good hands.

I'm sort of sadden that you have to start from scratch on our server...
If migrating with pre-existing characters was possible, I would encourage Superguy to join our server as well.
Anyway, you can have the green pearl to my EF LS anytime you want since you'll eventually end-up being 25 and rank 3 by the end of this month or so.

The warm welcomes sure made me feel that i made the right decision to come to Lakshmi for a fresh start. I wasn't able to be on much last night (or tonight), but I was able to get ahold of Andrinor for my pearl. I was overwhelmed by the friendlyness & intellegent conversation. Only my LS of 10 people on Hades was anywhere near as courteous as everyone has been so far.
Andrinor & Roukii. I can't thank you enough for welcoming/helping me without even really knowing who I am.
And everyone else i hope to fight along side with just as soon as i can get myself back into the flow of things.
P.S. If i seem distant it's only cuz i am a little takin by all this. I'll warm up quickly, and then you won't shut me up :)
