Need some help.
I have never needed the assistance of a GM. I have an issue with a possible glitch that is making it impossible for me to open Titan prime quest. I have fame lvl 9 but can not open.
Someone suggested calling a GM online. What exactly does that mean and how exactly do I do that.
I have looked at help desk but do not see how to "contact" GM.
Do these guys play online? What exactly is GM ?

Game Masters are employees from Square Enix meant to solve problems in game.
A GM is a Game Master, or Game monitor... I can't remember which. They are there for you to call and report major violations of the User Agreement.
Try not to call them about minor things like, a person saying a curse word not directed at you.
In your case, I suggest you DO call a GM and explain to him fully what the problem is.
GMs will show up in purple (or whatever you have your /tells color set to) [GM]-name- <- This is what they should look like on your chat screen.
