Yeah Shy, if you wait long enough to level SE will probably lower the requirements until you will be at 75 at whatever point level you are then, that is if you are not 75 when they make the final change to allow you to be level 75 at whatever point level you would be at. Hmmm. I think I just confused myself.

Im happy with this. People get back all the exp that they are owed. This will leave me at 62 or 63. w00t. I really dont think that its a very good idea though. It should just be left as it is!

Eh? Exactly which part did it state that they'd give back all the EXP they're owed? Does that mean I'll login one day to have a bunch of merit points on my BLM, and a RDM75? Sounds highly doubtful...
I seriously doubt it'll change anyones level. Just your tnl.
from what i understood they're changing the number of xp tnl.
so, suppose you're a lvl 54 white mage with 27k of xp accumulated. And that in the old version you had to get 30k xp to lvl, but in the new one, you only need 26.5k
Since you got more xp than required for the lvl.
Then they'll put you at 26 499 / 26 500.
Not too confusing ?? >.>

If you are above the cap (ie 28k and new requirement is 26k) You will login at 25,999. 1 point away for your level. So no one will level up because of the update, but a lot of people will be in PTs where everyone will level up in the first fight.

any idea when this update is gonna happen? I always though the jump from 50-51(from 7800 xp to 10,000) was a little overkill. That's one hell of a jump considering what you do for the first 50 levels. It should be like 8k, then 8.2, and so on.....
This is supposed to be included in the late-april update. Can't wait ^^
