Got one of these a while ago while helping a group fight off some adds in the room with the cutthroats and such. I was level 16 at the time, and it's not a bad item, didn't stop using it until I got the Wanestone Jewel Necklace.

got this and a number of other things in nisse's last night on a raid in Iseult server...this with brittle bone trident and a wretched cloak (mine all mine ;o) with ring and some stuff i can remember..we got most of it in the nisse cave with the 2 camps 1 containing nisse himself...
