I've gotten several off of the escaped thralls west of Vasudheim; That would lower the level to acquire on this down to around 6 or 7, since the thralls are about level 8 and while aggressive, are not social.

Okay, I just got a second one from a Vendo Bone-Collector at the camp by Lake Mularn and the stats were 4.2/5.1, which makes this spear ***.

I got one off a pook too, but the stats on it are 4.2 dps and 5.1 spd. The bonuses are the same though. Does anyone know if there are 2 different Valorbound spears, or did they "tune" it down?

I got from a Perfidious Pook, not a Tomte. You can find the Pooks south of Nalliten.
