Per patch 1.68: - Players will now be able to earn experience from RvR for every artifact. The PvE requirements will still work, allowing players to choose whether to continue following the PvE requirement or to engage in RvR. None of the changes involving the addition of RvR requirements to the artifacts will have any effect on Gaheris players. (Created for those who tend the wounds of their companions and those trained in the focus of power) Artifact levels from RvR and mobs in SI Dungeons, New Frontiers, Passage of Conflict and Summoner's Hall. Acuity +15 Hits +40 L1: nothing L2: Cold 6% L3: nothing L4:Power: 6% of power pool L5:40 per tick dot with 35% snare that lasts for 20 secs L6:Bonus to duration of spells 5% L7:nothing L8:nothing L9:nothing L10:5 min duration buff that supposedly steals 20 d/q off target, and gives you 100% absorbtion with 100 value against a given dmg type for 30 secs. |
