Per patch 1.68: - Players will now be able to earn experience from RvR for every artifact. The PvE requirements will still work, allowing players to choose whether to continue following the PvE requirement or to engage in RvR. None of the changes involving the addition of RvR requirements to the artifacts will have any effect on Gaheris players. Per Patch 1.81: - The Belt of Oglidarsh now has increased Strength cap and melee resists increased to 4%. (Earns exp: Slaying giant enimies.) Artifact also levels from RvR, New Frontiers, Passage of Conflict and Summoner's Hall. and mobs in SI Dungeons, as per patch 1.71. Artifact will gain new abilities at level 1 Artifact (Current level: 10) Magical Bonuses: - [L2]: Strength: 15 pts - [L3]: Hits: 40 pts - [L7]: Crush: 4% - [L8]: Slash: 4% - [L9]: Thrust: 4% Bonus to Strength attribute bonus cap: 6 [L1]: Bonus to hit points bonus cap: 40 [L5]: Magical Ability: Function: melee health buffer Adds a shield to the recipient which will temporarily absorb some of the damage type specified. Absorption: 20% Value: 200 Target: Group Range: 1000 Duration: 5:00 min Casting time: instant - This spell is cast when the item is used. [L10]: Secondary Magical Ability: Function: stat drain Decreases the target's listed stat(s) and transfers them to the caster.
