I have heard someone say that you do not get bonus from purple items... but i have this at lvl 15 (still purple) and i get the 18 hp added to my life. So.. i wonder.. is there a difference between magic items when it comes to being usable by low lvl characters?

who and what drops these in DEN
from what i have read, a bonus to a spell line means that those spells are more effective by that many levels. it could be wrong, but with my eldritch's oaken staff of void (first eldritch specific staff) i can hit for 80's with my lvl 10 void DD and without that staff i hit for about 60's with a spec of 6. just my 2cp.

basically yeah..anything under lvl19 spec will only cost the amount of power it would cost as if you had lvl19 spec

When it says +19, it means that level 19 and below mana, light, and void specced spells will get a Power reduction. I believe thats what I heard anyways.
