I understand the +9 dex, but +2 crossbow? You can't specialize in the crossbow, it's just an ability

This is a Excellent Xbow for a Armsman! It rocks! I was using a worn asterite bow and doing 50-70's per hit.. got this baby and my damage jumped to 120-140 with many many more crits.. I can get 300 points of damage on a med yellow in two shots before it even reaches me :) Ohh btw I'm level 36

You can spend points on Crossbow if you want, it'll do more damage and it's fun defending from inside a keep in RvR. Though, it's not too necessary for Armsmen to be spending points in Crossbow. Your mainly a melee person, after all.
