Not sure how long ago this changed but this staff does not give the mods listed above. I am an Eldritch and just recieved this staff, the base staff gave +4 to intelligence. Nothing else. When she gave me back the supposed "improved" staff, it was no different, still only a +4 to intelligence. No other mod. Very frustrating. Also the DPS is 7.1 not 7.2
