geezus u lot, its easy to get the hammer, sacrificed slaves in the tomb normally drop it but to be honest if u spend ages and dont get it, then head to the plains, brownie rovers drop them too. To be honest the hammer isnt bad 4. something dmg and 4.0 spd arent great but when u r a smite cleric :) like me, then +2 over your lvl in smite is god like, its easy to solo orange undead b4 they even reach u. see your point about the fact most clerics do heals and neglect smite though. Still if u like a bite in your smite get on down to the tomb or plains. BTW - i have a spare one so if anyone on Excalibur Server wants it contact Bubblegum :)

Ive been soloing here at level 9-10 ive been here on 6 characters, all left here at around 13-14, only seen the one that droped for my cleric, cant sell the damn thing though, i wonder what its for.

I got this item and I can't sell it. I get a message that this item can't be sold. Anyone have an idea as to why? Is it a bug, or is it part of some quest and for some strange reason can't be sold?

I grabbed this item off a creature near camp station. I dont need it being a caster so if anyone wants it look up Ektor on the Pellinor server.

It should be noted that while this is a very nice hammer, it increases the Smite skill, which paladins don't get. So you're better off selling/giving this to a cleric, because they can put it to best use.

Note, just because it adds to smite doesn't restrict it to being cleric only. Now you might say that this would be put to best use by a cleric, but I disagree.
- First of all, the dps on that thing is godly, if not bugged for something that comes out of a level 10-12 dungeon, 10.8 is crazy, I'm a level 12 Paladin and deep purple mithril 1 handed hammers and such don't come close to doing that kind of damage.
- Clerics, for the most part become clerics to heal people, when you're in a group meleeing, you can't heal. While a Paladin can sing all his chants and melee at the same time, Clerics heal, unless they're soloing, Paladins fight no matter whether they're soloing or grouping or whatever.
- I want this.

In case anyone wonders how you go from Dam to DPS, just simply divide the listed damage rating by the delay. In this case, 10.8/4.0=2.7 dps. Better give this one to the clerics. I was all excited about this one, being as my pally is a crush user, then I did the math. Ah well, I continue my quest for a good paladin crush weapon.

This item isn't common. I spent a solid week in the tomb and came across this hammer only once. For comparison, I got 2 silvered gem encrusted longswords in the same timeframe.
