Requiredwell.. the town was aggressive so i couldn't get into talk to anyone... and it is oj, red and grape to a 50 .. so i asked in /as and was told that the faction could be changed by killing the sylvanshades outside of the town.. after about 35 sylvans giving their life.. the town is still unapproachable.. now i look at these messages and find that the whole thing isn't doable anyway...

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Per 1.64 Patch Notes: - Level 49 players can now do the Writhing Death quest as well as level 50's, and we have added some additional rewards. If you've already completed this quest, just return and speak with Treal in Cothram Gorge to choose one of the new rewards. You don't need to bring your original reward. 1) Find Dolph, Brea Leather merchant in Necht, he will tell you about reports from the Outland residents being attacked by a writhing swarming mass. 2) Once you accept the quest you are told to go speak to either Fedail or Hedierna. You will find them in the Outlander Town (Altan Garran) in Cothrom Gorge (aprox. loc 55, 55) 3)Fedail (found on the main floor of the northern most tree "house") tells you a bit more about the writhing swarming mass. 4)Fedail tells you that the swarming mass is made up of 3 beasts, Cronwort, Fuilwort and Tachtword. You will find them northwest of town (loc=50k,57k) 5)The journal tells you to kill one of the three, but if you kill all three of then then "all the better." Kill Cronwort, Fuilwort and Tachtword and return their remains to Fedail. 6) Fedail then tells you that you must kill the source of the 'worts' the writhing death mass known as Marfoirwort. 7) Once Marfoirwort is killed bring back the root to Treal. Rewards: Skillfully Woven Belt-- Bard Ring of Mattering Minds Dexterous Shadow Beads Collared Cloak of Battle Collared Cloak of Diversity Collared Cloak of Stealth Collared Cloak of Intellect Rewards: |

Don't waste your time with this quest, mob is not at 17k 17k, nor at 50k 57k and Fedail does not talk to you.. I believe the quest may be broken. If anyone has further info post it please! We searched for an hour all over the zone.. nada.

We found the three mobs in Cothram Gorge at 17509, 17196. They were high purple con to a level 50.

Had a hard time finding the three mobs to kill. Came across Fuilwort around 50k,57k in Cothrom Gorge.

Loc??? Changed?? for the 3 beasts?? I am standing at 50k 57k Cothrom Gorge and its SW from town on a zone edge??? if I am at the right spot then this is not NW of town and no mobs here. Nw of town is a bunch of Botnids Oj and Yellow to 50.
