Was quite hard, but if you kill the two siabra and then go to the side, behind a rock, you can just pull one of them at a time. If you pull it so the protector is out of LoS with the other protector, it won't be able to heal it. That doesn't stop the protector you're currently fighting from healing itself (note: they have moc or something).
I did this, both protectors were red con, at 45.
~250M xp and some gold + harp.

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Quest steps taken from Jarun's post on Camelot Vaults Realm of Hibernia forum. - Talk to Lobais in the throne room in TNN. - Lobais sends you to talk to someone in mBeo about Dagda's Harp. He's an old man in the hut in the back of town. - The old man sends you to the Bog to kill Geas Bound Protectors. Just past the Siopa fruit stand, follow the trail you will see a set of rocks with them standing by it like wayguards (loc=10.2k, 51k Bog of Cullen). They are orange to a 50 and can't be pulled away from the rocks, they had to be charged. Killed them got 276 million xp. - Return to Lobais in TNN he sends you to the Master Mentalist in the Chamber of Magic to ask about the Stone of Lia Fail. - The Master Mentalist sends you to the mines to kill a gem-dusted skeleton and gemclicker. (other mobs the Master Mentalist may ask you to kill are Unseelie Underviewer, Underviewer Treeal and Coerced Grover.) - Return with those and he has a vision. Talk to him again after his vision ends he sends you to Cenneai (aka the fruit stand). - Head due NE of the fruit stand. On your left up a hill you will see 4 slabs of stone in a circle (loc=56k, 44k Shannon Estaury). Stop there and use Dagda's Harp. A orange to a 50 named demon, Abbadona, appears and attacks you. Looks like a cambion from DF. Has alot of hps but otherwise easy. Got another 276 million for killing her. - Return to Labias in TNN and tell him you were misled. He asks you for the harp and gives you a cloak and another 276 million xp. lvl 45 received 250,000,000 exp. Rewards: Cloaks are not hooded and have a collar to them. WOW! This quest was pretty tough if you don't have a tank in your group. You cannot even damage the guys at the rocks with shrooms, from a distance. Word of warning, bring a tank!

lol, might want to correct the last spelling of the king's name in the quest write-up. It's Lobais, not.... well, look for yourself, haha.
Go ahead and take the quest at 45 but it will be easier if you wait a level or two...or else get a good, small group to help you. The Bog of Cullen part is risky simply because of the aggro all around you. I did this on a level 49 druid with a 49 champ to help; he was able to pull the mobs at the rock in BoC one at a time, and even get the Geas Protectors one at a time even though he had to get close to manually pull them. They were oj at 49, the "helpers" (forgot the mob name) were blue.
The cloak alone is worth doing this one.

bring melee damage dealers for the Geas BOPund Protectors. They Self Heal. The guards repop fast too, so don't waste time.
Also, in CM, kill ANY underviewer to get the dust.

aye i sat and tried to take one of these down solo for a long long time - endless cycle of 2 blue adds and instant heals, these guys have unlimited IP so dont bother trying to solo tank one of these.

Running European 1.62, I cannot find the old man "in the hut at the back of town" (supposed to be named Addraellyn).

this quest's gonna be implented in the game in 1.64, you can already talk to the personne in the throne room but thats all , to do the end of the quest we'll have to wait a few ^^

o_o Ok, did this.. and they didnt drop anything. Was there supposed to be some drop to turn back into the Lobais guy ???
-_- The next step says to return to Lobais and speak to him about the Stone of Lia Fail- but we didnt get that, and our task journal still reads: kill the Geas Bound Protectors... even after we just killed them.

Okay, went back and re-killed both of the Gaes Protectors then was suddenly attacked by a third Invisable Gaes Protector who dropped the Harp.
