50 Cleric - Enhance and
50 Cleric - Rejuve
I simply set my clerics up where they'd be in range to heal, casted my FOP and went at it. Basically if you've ever done Runi before with a necro you can do this... you just need those extra heals.

They each have a camp somewhere in the Mesthalassa. I doubt they will part with the bracers easily though. Bracer drops from Skyros Dreadnought, a purple con Skyros. Loc=10k, 15k Mesothalassa. Note: You have to swim through a pillar of bubbles to make the skyros dreadnought spawn. He is deep deep purple with a very nasty AoE attack, so bring at least a full group with a few good healers. Scrolls: Arbiter's Papers 1 of 3 -- drops from Melos weapon masters and Melos guardsman Meso Arbiter's Papers 2 of 3 -- drops from Melos monks and Melos protectors, Meso Arbiter's Papers 3 of 3 -- drops from Melos blade warriors and the Melos weapon masters Dialog from combining the 3 scrolls: 
You are given a choice of 5 bracer types when you activate the artifact: Strength, Constitution, Dexterity, Quickness, Casting. Artifact can be used by all classes. (Earns exp: Slaying enemies from another realm durning daytime hours.) Artifact also levels from RvR and mobs in Shrouded Isles Dungeons, as per patch 1.71.
