Players only need to complete the quest once to receive the required faction amount. This quest is to help raise your Skyros faction: Speak with Sirina found on the center island of Mesothalassa (loc=36k, 36k). She will send you to kill the following (mobs may very, listed are the known): Ancus loc=34k 54k in Oceanus Hesperos (also seen at loc=30k,50k) Amentia Harpy at loc=5, 40 in Oceanus Hesperos Darklis at 2603 63094... on the bottom of the ocean in Oceanus Hesperos (also seen around loc=2997 61068) Osoreos, at loc 55952,59072 in Oceanus Hesperos Nereus, at loc 44.5k 20.2k in Oceanus Hesperos The mobs you will have to kill will vary person to person. At the start of the quest you will be given a token that will allow you to use a hammerhead shark for transportation (just the one the token specifies, not all) |

Ancus was found at 33.5k,47.3k,7k. That was on the surface of the water at that location. So he is technically found around the big rock, as described, but you may need to be on the surface in that area to see him.

Is Ancus a Chasm Shark? I've looked at 34/54 for him for extended period without locating him. Also read that killing "Vanol" would spawn him, but haven't seen Vanol either.
Another mob you might have to kill would be Nereus. He's around 44.5k 20.2k Hesperos

One of the other possible named mobs - Osoreos, is at loc 55952,59072

Darklis is tough to see.. his exact loc is

Darklins location is not exact, but it stays at about the same area. I found it at 2997 61068. Btw, Darklis is a marine Ray.

I just killed the Amentia Harpy (yellow to 42) and for my 2nd kill I have to kill a eal in the same zone, but I have yet to find any

I found the large eel on the bottom at 26.3/47.6
