[Step #1] Speak to Loremaster Alain at The Academy within Camelot. [Step #2] Speak with Sir Tilian at Castle Sauvage. He may have information detailing the practices of the [evil cult]. There is no step 3, no idea why, after I talk to Tilian... [Step #4] Speak to Brother Onoloth at Adribard's Retreat in Avalon Marsh. Ask him of [druid place of learning]. [Step #5] Brother Onoloth believes the druids practice their ritual underground somewhere within the Campacorentin forest. If this is true, you must locate this place, venture to the lowest levels and locate the central hall. Go to Keltoi Fogou, ant room, a NPC named Archdruid Cadwallen will pop, its blue, kill him, then you will have a slashing weapon in your bag, 'Cadwallen's sacrificial dagger' (Note: The "Ant Room" is the one with Muryan ambassadors, containing the Betrayers Den entrance. Cadwallan only pops (at 28700 25350) when you kill Meurig in the previous octagonal room.)(Note: for the Mordred server Cadwallen can be found out side the dungeon at loc=37000, 6000 Camp Forest) [Step #6] Return to Sir Tilian at Castle Sauvage. Hand to him Cadwallen's sacrificial danger. [Step #7] You must slay each of the folling fellwoods, Hornbeam, Silver oaken, Gold oaken, Knotted, and Gnarled. You shall receive from each a glowing branch. Ensure the sacrificial dannger is in your backpack at all times. The following locs and areas are given to help you, however the trees do seem to wander around a bit. For New Frontiers the locs are: [Step #9] Slay the spirit that dwells far north near Hadrian's Wall at a tower now in disrepair. Cadwallen's dagger will guide you to the correct location. Keep it with you, as the dagger will assist in your battle against the spirit. Kill the NPC named Ceriallen (32k, 55k), will pop when you arrive the ruined tower in Hadrian's Wall. I con it orange. (for New Frontiers loc=Ceriallen is located at the aqueduct at 52767, 28779. The dagger jiggles at the right spot. There is no broken tower here.) [Step #10] Return to your trainer in Camelot. south from berk and up from berk twr 3 is the location of the last spirit. He conned blue to me. And the gnarled and knotted trees are N of bold twr 1 across the water and before you reach twr 4. The other trees are over near relic keep so the right hand side of castle sauvage and as ur heading to the relic shrine they are along the smallish ridge thats runs right, and yes for the spirit to spawn in keltoi you have to kill meruig on the way down to his location. Just a warning the knotted and gnarled will con fairly high for a lvl 40 probably purple. To me being lvl 47 knotted was yellow and gnarled were oj.

I have just reached 40 and now regret maxing my AC prior to levelling. I am having a real hard time finding the locs for the trees that I need to kill for the branches.
Anyone have the new locations?

three of trees (hornbeam, silver oak, golden oak) are in a forest in the southeast corner of forest savage, knarled and knotted are north of caer boldham, across bridge in pennine mountains

I have found all of the trees except the Knotted anyone have a loc of their new location in NF ?

Has anyone done this quest since NF? I've found the right location (as proven by the vibrating dagger in my backpack), but no spirit spawns. Please help!

The new patch has fixed this, the spirt's new location is 51647, 27552 in Hadrian's wall. It isn't at the location where the dagger was vibrating, it is at the other aquaduct.

Archdruid Cadwallen spawns in the ant room just in the middle.
He wasnt there when i got there, but then i killed Meruig and he spawned.
Con blue to 43, but was VERY easy. (for a pally)

Archdruid Cadwallen spawns in the rectangular room where Meruig spawns. Just take right hand turns from entrance.

Archdruid Cadwallen is green at lvl 49. I could be wrong, but I camped the ant room for 15 minutes and nothing. So I killed all the named mobs near the ant room, then proceeded to whack away at everything in the room, until I had a train of greys attacking me.
He then popped, and I burned both of my instas, because now the greys were doing damage to me! I must have had 25-30 greys on me lol.
