Seliendel, Abandoned Mines, loc. 24111, 23559, 19228

Head south to the end of East Track Four, south of the Obelisk (loc. 24586, 24960).

Then head east along East Track Three (loc. 25258, 35733) to the south tunnel.

The south tunnel (loc. 26919, 35930) is on your right, below where the track starts to rise. There you will find half orc youths. They con green at lvl 26.

Return to Seliendel and give her the Skin. Then /say waiting. She will give you a potion to turn you into an orc.

Go back to East Track Three (where you killed the half orc youths). /Use your potion that Seliendel gave you. Head south across one track, then south again to a second track then head east and south as the track turns and there you will find Sub Commander Klargla (loc. 28226, 37488).

Go up to him and try to interact. I had to kill him to retrieve the Battle Plans.

Return to Seliendrel and /say potion didn’t work.

Give Seliendrel the Battle Plans for your reward.
