Find the disturbed defenders and get two hands from them.

Head south from Salamus to loc. 11598, 31410 to find some disturbed defenders. Kill them to get 2 hands. Not every defender will drop a hand.

Return the hands to Salamus for your reward.

lvl 41 received 390,000,000 xp and 1 gold
