From the obelisk room in the Queen's Labyrinth, head north through the archway through the room with the mystigogues to find Trallier.

Trallier has invited you to be his guest for a dinner hosted by the Shar. The cook needs to know you are coming as a guest, but it's too late for Trallier to send a letter. Trallier asks you to go tell the cook yourself. His name is Chef Brakle. To reach him, head south into the room you came from then take the tunnel to the east. From there, head east through the next doorway and through that room head south through the next doorway to find Chef Brakle at loc. 35297, 20355. He cons yellow at lvl 47.

Kill Chef Brakle and return to Trallier to tell him that Chef Brakle was going to serve him as the [main course] for dinner and receive your reward.
