DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different [Step #1] Start the quest with your trainer in TNN [Step #2] Travel to Ardee in Connacht and speak with Torrance [Step #3] Travel to Howth and speak with Cathbad about finding the Draoi Dorcha stronghold [Step #4] Cathbad attempts to locate the Dark Druids but they are shielded. Someone closer to the land must search for them. He says the Demi-fey could find them as they can see ley lines. The last time he saw them was in the Cliffs of Moher. He will port you to that location. [Step #5] Cathbad ports you to the guard tower in Connacht near the border with the Cliffs of Moher. Head north west to the withered grove and look for the demi-fey. [Step #6] The demi-fey is under a tree just NW of the tower. When you come close, Filimenth spawns and attacks the demi-fey. Filimenth spawns a bunch of Dark Grove Hunter pets. After you kill him they despawn. [Step #7] Talk to the demi-fey. She tracks the ley lines and locates the Draoi Dorcha Magic. You are ported to Mag Mell so you can take the horse to Howth quickly. [Step #8] Go to Howth and speak with Cathbad. Cathbad says that the grove they are working in is an old gathering place for the Draoi Dorcha. There is a large cave that they held their rituals in. It is most likely sealed with traps or guardians. He will need to confer with Torrance about this. lvl 46 received 1,966,080exp an 17 silver. I finally completed this quest. The trick was to have someone else totally distract Filimenth as soon as he appears .. and pull him away. Then run over there and slaughter him. After that, the demi-fey sends you to Mag Mell, you hop a horse to Howth, talk to Cathbad and the quest is done. Really a nice easy quest once you figure out how to kill Filimenth. I got some nice XP and a cloak and a bit of silver in return.

I placed an appeal about this quest because I killed Filimenth several times and still couldn't advance. The CSR told me that you have to hit Filimenth very quickly to prevent him from hitting the Demi-Fey. If he hits her at all, you won't advance. I tried it several times even with the CSR watching and still couldn't get it to work so he/she told me to keep trying.

There seems to be a bug with the demi-fey right now. I've killed Filimenth and his pets half a dozen times, but the quest won't update and she won't speak with me. Silly wench.
