Speak with Iaine (a weaponmerchant, standing next to Caitriona) at Ardagh.

Kill three villainous bandits. You can find them in their camp northwest of Ardagh

I found these more West of Ardagh, on the other side of the road, near the circle of mushrooms. They conned orange to me. I killed 3 and returned to Laine.

lvl 14 received a reward of 159.390 xp and 8 silver and some copper

As a lvl 14 druid, I could not get this quest.
