step 1. /Use Qalen's Map to find the dark elf enchaners in Marrack Briollag. You must defeat the enchanter to collect its blood.

note: there's one dark elf enchantress in that room, at the window on the left (East). Kill her and a new one will pop.

step 2. Return to Qalen at the Tir na Nog entance to the Veil Rift.

Level 23 vampiir was rewarded 1,500,000 xp, 21 Silver and some copper
