step 2. Find Ranger Relcon and let him know what has happened. To find him head east from Howth to the shore. Follow the shoreline south to the Boulder Bridge. Then head west up the hill, he should be waiting for you at the top.

note: found Ranger Relcon at loc 19863, 57744 in Silvermine Mts.

step 3. Stop the spraggons from getting to the Spraggon Den in particular, the spraggoncles northeast of the Boulder Bridge

step 4. Return to Ranger Relcon and give him the Spraggon Runestone
