Speak with the Hibernia Lieutenant in Alainn Cuir, Tir na Nog.

Step 1- travel to northeastern Caillte Garran and kill 3 poisonous sylvanshades up along northeast wall, at 54k, 11500
(Note: Stand still, the Poisonous Sylvanshade pop out of the trees!)

lvl 32 received 6,000,000 experience and 32 silver.
lvl 42 received 4,587,520 xp experience and 35 silver. (quest obtained at lvl 27, completed at lvl 42)
