The quest has been changed just a bit as I got as a level 35 quest on my hunter and only had to kill three dragonsworn enemy at the camp located in the south west corner. all coned Blue at 45 with expection of pets they were green. Maybe this is a multi tiered quest that is given out at various levels.

for another camp try at 43/42k the look like the walk in pairs and are oj to a lev 49 pretty big camp to. If your lev 49 like I was take the second from the right path mobs are blue and lemon and the wolf dragon spawn camp is on the way.
For the mularn version
I was able to get this on a new character started at level 5 I believe.
