Write up by Meri of Bedevere: Log says: Sneak into the valley southwest of the bindstone and slay Glimmer Meldon. When done, return and speak to Cailean. Notes: At the time of this submission, the quest log has a spelling error. Your log directs you to kill Glimmer Meldon; the mob is actually Glimmer Meldun. Glimmer Meldun is an archer, conning yellow or orange to lvl 50. Glimmer Zeit spawns nearby and agros easy! If he is there be prepared to fight them both at once. There are two valleys south of the bindstone. One is directly south and one is southwest. You actually want to go into the one directly south. Glimmer Meldun is at 17953, 25977 Sheeroe Hills. If he is not present you must wait; this is his only spawn place. If you are using the game UI or an updated custom UI, there should be a red dot on your map where Glimmer Meldun can be found. You can complete the "Return to Cailean" quest goal before you even complete the "Kill Glimmer Meldon" goal, but you must do both to get credit. Lvl 50 earned 2520 CLxp, 4,800,000,000 xp, 110 gold and some silver. |
