The poor fellow here is gravely ill as a result of injuries sustained in the nearby Demons' Breach. At least, that's what we assumed happened. He was found a few days ago by a band of brave adventurers. Since he was brought here, neither I nor Brother Lawrence have been able to revive him, and his condition worsens daily. I fear he is slipping away from us. I do have one last hope, however: my uncle Dupre, the village healer for nearby Ludlow, has had great success in bringing patients back from the brink of death, strengthening a body's link with its spirit. I'm in the process of writing him, requesting that he make haste to our village to see if he can help this poor man where I cannot. In the meantime, I have a plan to concoct a stabilizing potion, to keep his condition from worsening, until Dupre can arrive. To do so, however, we need a few components from nearby locations. Might you be willing to help obtain them, friend? Summary: Apprentice Healer Vayna needs some components to create a stabilizing potion. She needs a scale from a river drakeling, the tongue of a spriggarn elder, and the eye of a river goblin. Quest Goal: Obtain a river drakeling scale. Quest Goal: Obtain the tongue from a spriggarn elder. Quest Goal: Obtain the eye of a river goblin. Rewards: 3 silver 84 copper Recruit's Intelligent Cloak Recruit's Mighty Cloak Recruit's Pious Cloak Lvl 5 received 2,125 experience.
