I apologize for my tears; I just learned something horrible about my brother, Rhaegit. Those malcontent Siabra have always been a troublesome lot. I remember when we elves were one people, before the parting of the Veil, when political differences caused House Siabra to sever its ties with us. They hate King Lug, and forever seek to sow the seeds of dissension. My twin was always an impressionable sort, getting caught up with the wrong crowd. Our parents tried to rein him in, but that only served to push him further away. I've just now learned that Rhaegit has not only allied himself with the Siabra, but leads one of their raiding units! I've spoken with a friend who brews potions, and she claims she can concoct a potion that will put a grown man to sleep for hours. I plan to trick Rhaegit and his men into imbibing the potion, to bring a peaceful end to their activities without the need for bloodshed. Will you help me obtain the necessary components? Summary: Rhona needs: a carapace from a water beetle collector, a leg bone from a skeletal pawn, and a frog leg from a large frog. You may need to kill a few of these creatures to get the right components. Return to Rhona when this is complete. Quest Goal: Obtain a water beetle collector carapace.
