Pleas for assistance come in from all over the realm and then copy of the most recent requests get filtered out to all the lieutenants so they can enlist adventurers like you in matters that defend our realm and interests. One such missive comes from Elairzi in the Veil Rift. I've rambled on too much, you might want to just go see her and she can fill you in on what she needs done.:

[Step #1] Speak to Elairzi inside the Veil Rift. You can access the Veil Rift from the entrance inside Tir na Nog.
