For me, the chest was located at 17325, 6295.
It is a LARGE chest located outside of one of the tents - kinda half in and half out.

You may want to bring friends along to assist you. Quest Goal: Search the tents in the bandit camp. (Note: go to loc=19357,5850 Constantine's Sound. Go to the back of the tent and right click on the chest in the tent. Your character will not be able to go inside the tent.) Quest Goal: Return to George with the map.
