See Brynn in Caille, kill Siog Waylayers to get the sash and return for xp and coin. Brynn actually says "Siog Waylayer" but you actually need an Eriu Waylayer. Any of the Waylayer types will drop the sashes. I got many off the Gurites.

Along with the Sashes, I have also have received Heads. Does anyone know if they are part of a Kill Task as well? I have tried giving them to Brynn, but she did not want them.

Any of the Siabra Waylayer types will drop the sashes. I got many off the Gurites.
