1. Speak with Kratos, a named Cyclops, in Arbor Glen.

2. Travel to loc=10k,23k Meso to kill a ketos (any will do) to get a giant ketos fillet.

3. Travel to loc=2k,24k Arbor Glen and kill Ghita to get Ghita's stone.

4. Go to loc=57k,28k Stygian Delta, for the Oasis Spring Waters Kratos wants. You will get a pop up in this area about soothing waters. /forage to get the water.

5. Next travel to see Gaspara is Green Glades, loc=52k, 44k. He will summon five treasure chest for you to pick from. If you guess correctly you will get Kratos chest, if you guess wrong you will need to fight a high level elemental to get the chest.

6. Finally head to the border of Arbor Glen and Green Glades, aprox loc=15k,38k Arbor Glen, to fight Creon's sons and take their heads.

7. Once you have all the items Kratos asked for, return to him to complete the quest.
