I did this with my L41 Void Eldy, they (Tidal Sherries) con’d mostly all yellow to me.
At L41 I made 78,000,000 xp per turn-in.
I did the turn in 15 times.
(Starting tracking drop rate after the first 5).
The drop rate was about 1 in 5:
50 kills and they dropped 10 total.
Hunting was a bit tricky at times; there are a lot of nearby mobs.

Seek out Luergor at Tir Urphost (Level: 35 to Level: 41) Talk to Luergar, the Stablemaster in Tir Uphost, and be sent off to kill Tidal Sheeries for Sacks of Grain and return. Aessa, a named tidal sheerie, can also drop the Sack of Grain. Whatever the level, for a kill task, you should : * receive experience for 1% of current level; * receive a maximum of 20% of current level (or 2 bubbles) by giving the asked item 20 times to the NPC. lvl 40 received 5,242,880 experience. lvl 41 received 78,000,000 exp per Sack of Grain. |

If you play in the Gaheris server you can kill the farmers in Albion Lyonesse for the sacks of grain. I, as a level 40, was awarded 5,242,880 experience in return.

As of 01/29/04, the description for this Kill Task is incorrect. It asks you to kill Farmers in Lyonnese, an Alb location, I believe. Don't know if the Tidal Sheeries are dropping the Sacks of Grain, nor do I know if Luergar will accept them even if they do.
