i was in CM with a friend ran across some, got them and she asked me to give her them, since she was helping me, i gave her 3 of the for and held on to the one, i did a right click "I" and it said level 21-30 may turn them in!
if they have caps you can do information checks people!!! just FYI!

I tried finding the spraggonates in the spraggon den, but at 22 I was stopped after encountering some yellow pit spraggon. Behind them were orange spraggon-somethings, so I left. I figured that if this is a kill task for level 20, I should be looking for green and blue spraggonates, right? Wrong.
I found a couple of yellow spraggonates on top of the hill between the valleys of the walking rocks and the one of the miners. I killed both but received only one flagon which I turned in for 223,000 xp.
The xp for the first kill was 350,998 plus 155,999 camp bonus. The second kill was 385,900 plus 169,102 camp bonus. I was disappointed not to receive another flaggon since Kevain seemed to want so many. But I ran back to Howath, turned in what I had, and ran out again.
This time I killed one, got a flaggon, lost the battle to the second, and then had no flaggon. I was not a happy druid. I decided to look for others but could find only ones orange to me (this is really for level 20???? Even back on my hill, after praying at my grave, I could find only an orange one wandering admist the walking rocks.
I've decided to let this task go for another level. My trusty wolf and I can handle a yellow if we do everything right. OJs are another story.

High up in the silvermine mountains as far east as you can go, northern half of zone, common drop was just running around with my ranger and warden got 3 in 4 kills.
The Spraggonales can be found in the Spragon Den, not sure if they are anywhere else, and the general max turning for 20is kill tasks is 20...

It works with my Enchanter Level 21.
I get 206.435 XP for each Flaggon.

I got this task with my lvl 21 Champion. The NPCs for the other two kill tasks listed for lvl 21 would not talk to me.

I recieved this kill task as a level 21 ranger.. just thought you should know your min level is off by one.
