DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Your steps and tasks may vary. You get it from Harper Cadwr in Connla he's next to the turned over boat. He want's you to find his son Davian & help him if he needs help. Go to Basar & see Erech the merchant, he will tell you to climb the tower there & talk to the guard. The guard will tell you to talk to the stablemaster in front of DL, who will then tell you to see Bria (she's in the barn at the parth farm north of TnN) Bria will in the back of the barn with son Davian, who can't move. Bria will ask you to go Ardee & get info from the healer, Llyn, there to make a cure. When you see the healer he will give you the info & you take it back to Bria. Bria reads the cure directions and tells you to go to the Cliffs of Mohr & kill a Koalinth Slinker there for seaweed (loc 9.5k by 40k) they look like mermen but human size & are mixed in with Cliff Dwellers, which were hostile to me, but not argo so np. Then next you have to kill a Phaeghoul you get thumb from one, they are west of Koalinth Tribal Caverns. You then return to see Bria. Bria next sends you to get a vial of blood from a Amadan Touched and return it to her. When you return the vial of blood Bria sends you to kill Amadan Duhb, who is not where he used to be I spent over 8 hrs real time camping where he use to be. Mythic moved him to the South of where he used to spawn at. New loc is appox 59k by 12k in Connacht or go East from about half way in between Basar & DL. Amadan Duhb was yellow at level 41 but moves slow I got 4 arrows in him & pulled from max range, but he has a stun spell called "Intererrupt Charge" that is no fun plus he hits hard so bring a friend. He re-spawned again very quick, also he only spawns at nite and he looks human with a black cloak, not like a mob. When you kill Amadan Dubh take the vial of his blood that he drops back to Bria. Bria then mixes a cure & has you give it to Davian, which cures him. I got 301 mil exp from this part of the quest. Now you go back & see Harper Cadwr in Connla, who is so happy that his son is ok, he gives you another good sized amount of exp (I got almost 241 exp mil here for a total of almost 3/4 of a bbl, plus exp from kills along the way), and a reward. My kill tasks were a Tidal Sheerie and a Cliff Dweller Spearman. Both were right on the beach by the other listed locations. Rewards: lvl 47 received 602,248,775 exp for first reward. Rewards: |

After talking to Davian, my lvl 47 enchantress received 602,248,775 exp.. :D Now onto the Harper :)

I did this quest as a Bard and recieved The Lute of the Harpers. Nature +3, Regrowth +3 and Charisma +6

Just did this with a partner as a 42 Nightshade...
As some of the other posts say, this quest is a bit different then listed above- basically now you don't have to go back to Bria after getting the recipe for the cure, you can just start collecting the items. Which is nice. :)
Amadan Dubh is yellow at 42. The other amadans around won't add, but he does mez/ stun, so be careful if you're trying to solo. My partner got mezzed and couldn't fight, but I was able to solo him pretty easily.
When I gave Davian the cure, I got 380k exp, which is half a bub, and when I went back to Harper Cadwr (straight horse ride to Connla from DL), I got 304k exp and 2gp.

lvl 48 Nightshade, Was told by healer to go to Cliffs of Mohr to get seaweed from Tidal Sheerie didn't have to go to Bria first. If your stealther you can stealth up to an aggressive Tidal Sheerie and say seaweed and he gives it to you if you don't feel like fighting him.

You don't have to go all the way past DL to kill an amadan touched, you can often find a couple of them at the wind ghouls just north of Muire Tomb (south of DF entrance) by the long rock...wall?
I got the same kill tasks for the recipe (Tidal Sheerie and Cliff Dweller Spearman) and as a hero my final reward item was the Bracer of Hidden Talent
