Just a quick note: after the 1.72 patch, kill task items are now each worth 1/10th of a bubble of experience. Therefore, turning in the maximum of 20 items for each kill task will net you 2 bubbles of experience.

The NPC's name is misspelled - the guards have to have the exact name to point players in the right direction!

Ok its deffo a lvl48+ kill task ,she is located @ 28k,20k inside cam (near the new merchants near the new forge etc)

im 48th level Inconnu Infiltrator at 48.5 exp and received 270,000,000 for one turn in. Found her in the building across from the Camelot porter folks.
She wont' respond at 47.
