Stood looking at a single tent, nothing else touched me, even though they would run past me at times, and the spawn rate was quick for a level 20 Heritic. They Coned Blue/Yellow. Heads were slow to come as I only had 3 heads when I reached level 21, and then caused an agro. Why nothing touched me at 20, yet agroed me at 21 is beyond me. *shrugs*

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Talk to Eafa Thatcher at Caifelle, who complains that Drakoran Skirmishers are disrupting supply lines. Bring him Drakoran Skirmisher Heads for a rewards. Drakoran Skirmishers are located at the Drakoran Camp on the northwest edge of the Isle of Glass, just before crossing over to Avalon Isle. There are three groups of tents--the Drakoran Skirmishers are found at the easternmost set of tents. Occasionally they will drop a Drakoran Skirmisher Head as loot; these can be returned to Eafa Thatcher for approximately 164k experience. As with other kill tasks, the upper limit is probably 15 heads. lvl 23 received 163.840 exp per head |

some located in a camp in Isle of Glass, 12,8 loc. Groups pull mages as adds and they root and DD.
Most level 20-22, main ones went blue at 23. Killed about 90, got 3 heads. Fast respawn though, often instant.

The NPC's name is Eafa Thatcher, not Eafa Fletcher.

I've killed about 50 of them and only gotten 2 heads. That's how rare they are! Good luck! :)
