lvl43 and i dont get xp

At level 46, I turned in claws for 18,256,769 xp each.
the ixthiar reapers are yellow-orange con to lv 46 so i doubt that the killtasklevel is 35 :o

ok i went to the npc that is supposed to grant the Kill quest, but at 37 it didnt give it to me...is there something else i am to do to get it?
