These do drop some Nice Items and usually pretty regularly, they also help you build good Faction with the Outland Town folks so thats Another + to killing them :) They do occasionally pop and do add and at times can get hairy if your soloing and get 2-3 on you at once, so be with someone or stay at distance and pull with Range:)
