- With the passing of Halloween the restrictive magics on the Halloween costume potions have returned.  This means they can no longer be used anywhere and are restricted to the Captial Cities and Housing zones.

Note: The rest of the Halloween events will continue through the weekend, but will be gone come Monday morning.  If you wish to participate, please do so now!  Also make sure you are happy with your choice of rewards as the NPCs involved in the Halloween festivities will vanish like ghosts as well!
