The shrubs are along the edge of the mountains on the northeast side of the Trading Post, between the Watchtowers.

Each time you harvest one you will be attacked by a Level 29 Demon Vine called a Sauropus (Ggl). Kill and loot the Sauropus to get your flower.

Sometimes when you gather the flower it withers as you touch it (fail) and there is no Sauropus.
