Beware of the invaders out there, I and my hole squad was killed several times by invaders out there. Luckily all the highlvl-players helped out and killed all the invaders

I started hunting here in groups at 17. You can pull things near the gate all day long and make great xp. Frosty Colts, Snow Imps, Cold Lights, Chiselers, Flurries and the occasional Snowman or Northern Ettin. Watch out for Cold Lights in the late teens -- they drop a pretty stout AoE that can keep your healers occupied, but it only appears to hit once per fight. Stay clear of the road and the zone border if you want to reduce your chances of getting sniped by invaders. That being said, the occasional invasion is a definite adrenaline rush and you shouldn't hesitate to run to your realm's defense. As you increase in level, move further down the road toward the lake. From here you can pull taiga cats, miserable zombies and white wolves which give 100k+ xp to a 19-20 level character in a full group. Further still down the road is an area frequented by dangerous twisters and giants, so the difficulty of the zone continues to scale as your level increases. A fantastic zone. It isn't itemized yet but the cash drops are good. I made enough gold here to buy a full suit of player crafted chain at 20.

Yea, the AoE will take a lvl 17 tank to half HP easily. Fortunately it has a small raduis. But not only do Cold Lights do it, Snow Imps, and Flurries do too, sometimes twice or more in a battle.
