Excellent zone for kill tasks, most objectives are right next to the guard you get the task from.

In the Shrouded Isles strategy guide I got it said you could command the battles bettween avalon ang the drakes.. How do you do that?

There is a quest in that zone that is involved with this. You need to be level 20 if I recall correctly. I haven't played in about a month so I'm a little hazy on the NAME of the quest, but I do know that there are NPCs in one of the keeps that will take orders from you if you have the quest.
The Drakkoran attack is also triggered by the quest. I have seen zone-wide broadcasts relating to it in the past (I play on Gaheris)
