This mob is prolly the same kind of mob that is in Varulvhamn in Midgard, about same lvl also drops nothing special. Faz however is rumoured to drop a very rare axe, maybe this mob is similar

Named Scragger, killed him 3 times. Turned OJ to my VW when I hit 31. Nothing special so far. Was hoping since he was named something nice would drop. I will keep trying in hopes of a special item though.
