Where can I find Large Red Wolfhounds. I need to kill one for the only level 19 quest in Hibernia. Why are there so few quests?

My party and I spent quite a long time slaughtering these wolves. The xp was amazing, but the loot was even better. As soon as you can start taking these guys on, you should.
