Water Badger  

These reliably drop a full set of valewalker and animist everything--not unique drops, consistent items. Scythe, staff, all armor, belt, bracers, rings, a gem...I haven't yet gotten a cloak, but I don't doubt that I will at some point. Not terrific drops, but very nice for a toon around 20-25.

Actually just go up the river from Connla. Safest to stay on Connla side of river. Good spawn up past bridge when you get the the inlet (on opposite side) the the merman lake.
