They're all over the place near the cliff dweller camp and phaeghoul tree/rocks. Kinda near where the zone wall meets the water

I just saw one standing on the path the horses take from Tir Urphost to Ardagh. Right out in the open. It was night time, but I do not know that they are nocturnal only. If you look at the map that came with the game, it's on the northern half of the loop (trail) in the Cliffs of Moher Section.

Well it looks like they aren't nocturnal. I was running around with my lvl 18 eldritch and came across one of these bad boys in the same spot described above. After I "/emote screams like a little sissy" snapped a screen shot and ran. Just checked the shot and it is during the day.
