I can't find this guy at the place where it says. I searched all over that two sotry house and the surrounding buildings but no Shandley. Any help?

He may have moved when they redid all the camelot merchants- check the bar looking building across from the square with all the tradeskill merchants and the teleporter npc are.

They moved him to 28208,21117 he is inside the building West of the teleporter
